Optomi, in partnership with a Premier Client, is seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role requires a highly organized and adaptable individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Experience of the Right Candidate:
- 4–8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, leading cross-functional teams within an enterprise environment.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end project budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience managing 6-10 projects concurrently across diverse domains such as marketing campaigns, web development, and content management.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS); experience with Dscribe is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proficient in using JIRA, with experience in other project management tools like SmartSheet and Clarity PPM.
- Collaborating with talented professionals across various departments, including marketing, web development, and content management.
- Background in overseeing projects with budgets of $5M+.
- Agile and Scrum team experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:
- Oversee sustainment projects focused on web platforms, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Manage multiple tasks with quick turnarounds, utilizing strong organizational skills and prioritization.
- Collaborate with product managers to gather requirements, forecast resource allocations, and assist with project budgeting.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of marketing campaigns and web development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Utilize project management tools effectively to plan, build, and execute projects or roadmaps.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, adapting to changes and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the development and maintenance of project documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
