Oklahoma Acquisitions Agent/Landman
Grizzly Land Services, LLC, seeks an Acquisitions Agent/Landman for various mineral and leasehold interest acquisition projects throughout Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and Interpret Title Reports and County Records to determine surface and mineral ownership
- Negotiate for the Acquisition of various Leasehold Interests
- Prepare Lease Purchase Reports and review/approve legal documents for delivery to mineral and leasehold interest owners
- Update CRM database for mineral and leasehold interest negotiations and acquisitions
Qualifications
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Software
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents to obtain and understand legal property descriptions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- 3-5+ years of experience in acquisitions, negotiations, and/or sales
- AAPL Membership Preferred
- Must be Independent Contractor
