What this AP/Payroll Specialist will be responsible for
- Payroll: Overseeing and managing in-house payroll
- Full cycle Accounts Payable
- Bank and account reconciliations
- IT Helpdesk Support: Assisting colleagues with software questions, training new hires on their software systems, etc.
Preferred qualifications of the AP/Payroll Specialist
- BS Accounting/Finance or related
- Prior Payroll & AP experience
- Tech savvy individual with exposure to different software systems. MIP Abila experience is a plus!
