Overview of the Chief Financial Officer Role:
- Supervise 12 employees in the accounting department
- Manage investor relationships
- Oversee all accounting operations and internal controls
- Financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and strategic planning
- Oversee maintenance and upgrades of financial systems
Preferred Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, MBA preferred
- Minimum five years of management experience and seven years of accounting and finance experience
- Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in NetSuite or another major ERP system
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Ability communicate and build relationships at all levels of an organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and concurrent deadlines
Location: This role is 100% onsite in Elkhart, IN
Salary: $130,300 - $160,600 depending on experience
