Compensation: $65,000 - $110,000/year, with growth potential and performance bonuses - dependent on experience

What You'll Do:
- Learn and maintain cost accounting systems, helping to track and analyze expenses across projects or products.
- Review inventory, production, and expense reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in calculating and monitoring material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities by preparing cost reports and reconciliations.
- Work closely with operations and finance teams to build processes that make tracking and controlling costs easier.
- Contribute to reports that help leaders make smarter business decisions and optimize operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Some exposure to accounting (whether through coursework, internships, or work experience)-we're happy to train!
- A passion for learning about manufacturing, cost processes, or inventory management.
- Intermediate Excel skills-if you love building spreadsheets, that's a big plus!
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and take on challenges.
