Position Overview
As a Customer Service and Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers while also managing sensitive collections tasks with professionalism and empathy. This role is perfect for individuals who are skilled in customer support, enjoy problem-solving, and are comfortable with light collections work.
What You'll Do:
- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
- Collections: Manage a moderate volume of customer accounts, working to resolve outstanding balances while maintaining positive relationships.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records, ensuring all account details are current and correct.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any customer concerns or disputes with professionalism, finding solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
- Collaboration: Partner with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and timely resolution of any account issues.
