Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to process orders efficiently, from initiation to fulfillment.
- Communicate with logistics and production teams to track orders and information.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity, keeping them informed throughout the order process.
- Maintain accurate records in the company system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Assist in sales forecasting, generating reports, and identifying areas for process improvement.
- Support other accounting aspects of the company
