Position Title: Digital Product Launch Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are searching for a Digital Product Launch Coordinator to manage the transition from our current platform to a new customer-facing web-based digital library. This individual will collaborate closely with the product owner, product management team, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless migration and optimal user experience for external customers and internal users. Additionally, they will work with product management and development teams to stay updated on product changes and enhancements, assisting in effectively conveying the benefits of the new platform to customers.
Essential Functions:
- Project Coordination:
- Create, track, and report on timelines and deliverables related to the new product launch and transition of our customer base.
- Marketing and Communication Coordination:
- Assist in identifying and developing necessary materials such as videos, training guides, and marketing collateral to support the product launch.
- Training Coordination:
- Coordinate alpha and beta testing with customers to gather feedback and optimize the user experience.
- Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop and execute plans ensuring a smooth transition for both customers and internal stakeholders.
Information Security Responsibilities:
- Attend and complete assigned information security training sessions.
- Read and adhere to published ISMS policies and procedures.
- Promptly report any observed violations of ISMS policy or information security breaches.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing, product launches, or project coordination is desirable.
Other Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination, preferably in digital product launches.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a knack for effective prioritization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with web-based e-commerce platforms, particularly those focused on digital content.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with user guides and instructional materials is advantageous.
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner adept at adapting to new technologies and processes.
- Comfortable using product roadmap/management, collaboration, and CRM tools like WebEx Teams, Aha!, JIRA, and Confluence.
