- Managing payroll operations for up to 300 employees across multiple states.
- Handling garnishments, deductions, and filing payroll taxes, including setting up new tax jurisdictions as needed.
- Collaborating with HR on open enrollment, employee onboarding, and processing election changes.
- Assisting with month-end reconciliations and journal entries.
- Ensuring compliance with Davis-Bacon rules.
- Taking initiative in owning the payroll process and managing a variety of tasks with varying levels of volume.
- Utilizing Excel for data accuracy, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
