- Salary range: $48,000-54,000
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Heavy data entry from Salesforce into Oracle ERP system
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Coordinate with clients on billing, invoicing, and general accounting needs per account
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery for clients
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Help maintain an organized filing system for important sales-related documents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role
- Oracle
- Salesforce
- Advanced Excel
