Manufacturing Controller - Onsite in Greenville Area of SC - Opportunity to Grow - Up to $140,000 Base Plus Bonus

My client, a growing and dynamic manufacturing/construction company, is seeking a hands-on Controller. This role reports to the President and due to the vast growth can easily move up into a Director/CFO position. This role is onsite. The salary is up to $140,000 base plus bonus. Permanent direct hire.
Responsibilities of the Controller:
- Manage two reports.
- Manage WIP reports, cost, and inventory accounting.
- Work with operations and people in different departments to explain financial information in layman's terms.
- Oversee general ledger, month end close and produce financial reports.
- Produce the annual budget and forecasts.
- Provides financial analysis, with emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
- Works with external auditors.
Must Have Qualifications for the Controller:
- Four years or more of accounting experience.
- Manufacturing or construction accounting experience required.
- Ability to work onsite in Greenville SC area.
