ADMINISTRATOR (BENEFITS)
Established client in the medical industry is seeking an Administrator department to assist with benefits enrollment items. Are you a quick learner with great attention to detail? Keep reading!
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ADMINISTRATOR:
- Enter data from various sources (paper documents, spreadsheets, etc.) into computer systems
- Process documentation, including benefits enrollment, change of life, reimbursement, and eligibility paperwork
- The Administrator assist with inbound inquiries regarding benefits and COBRA
- The Administrator will ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive client information
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ADMINISTRATOR:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
- The Administrator should have excellent customer service and people skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay is $35,000-$40,000, DOE. This position is 100% onsite.
