Responsibilities of the Ledger Clerk:
- Complete journal entries into the general ledger
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Invoicing and invoice prep
- Reaching out and checking on timesheet submissions, expense report submissions
- Reconciliation of account records
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Preferred qualifications for the Ledger Clerk role:
- 1+ years of accounting experience
- Previous experience with data bases such as ERPs or HRIS systems
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Familiar with Excel
Salary: $58,250 - $68,250 depending on experience
