Job Title: HR Manager
Location: South Bend, IN
Salary range: $95,000-$110,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure a smooth transition and retention of talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Lead performance management initiatives, providing guidance on career development and performance improvement plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
