The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the day to day duties of the advertising agency to include but not limited to creating strategies and advertising initiatives for digital campaigns, schedule, implement and monitor all online and social media marketing needs for the division.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Lead, coach, mentor and manage individuals and team to ensure top performance of all team members in achieving desired results while finding efficient and effective solutions that create overall organizational value.
Manage and implement digital departmental budgets in order to measure and report on ROI performance of online marketing channels
Create new opportunities to promote the division’s communities, as well as fine-tune and improve existing digital campaigns with the goal of obtaining quality leads for the Internet Sales department and Welcome Home Centers
Strategize and create campaigns for online banners, key word buys, and all other digital marketing efforts while staying within budgets allocated
Manage the advertising agencies digital efforts on behalf of the division
Work with the Corporate Communications team on implementing national initiatives and digital trends
Review and approve all digital creative processes
Through the proper channels, monitor the scheduling and implementation of all digital advertisements and promotions
Identify trends across marketing channels and develop action points as needed
Ensure all e-mail and social media marketing are in compliance with Regional and Corporate branding and legal standards.
Create, report, and manage online marketing KPIs
Oversee, support and mentor the Digital Marketing Coordinator with all of the duties in order to ensure that the department runs efficiently and times lines are met
Your Toolbox
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in online marketing preferred
Minimum 1 years of experience in project management with large corporation required
Google Certification, Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization experience required
Experience working with Bing, Double Click Campaigns and Spriklr is a plus
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Must have a working knowledge in modern day marketing tools
Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations
Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook (e-mail)
Knowledge of e-mail and social media strategies/tactics are required
Minimum 3 years’ experience in extensive Internet exposure and/or Internet consumer experience required
Requires resourcefulness, patience and clarity and strong management and motivational skills
Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Regular contact with Executive and Divisional Personnel, Homebuyers, Sales Associates and Real Estate Brokers.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements
This is primarily an office position, which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
