Job Description:
The Assembly Operator will assemble various components and accessories according to standardized work instructions. The role requires balancing the effective utilization of quality workmanship methods with the ability to meet production schedules. This is a contract to hire position.
Shift and Pay Rate:
This is a 2 nd shift opportunity. The hours are 3 PM – 11 PM, Monday through Friday and the pay rate starts at $16.00/hour.
Responsibilities:

Read and understand blueprints and written instructions.

Assemble and place parts on circuit boards.

Verify product quality based on work instructions and follow the standard process for reporting defective materials or questionable conditions.

Examine parts or observe the movement of completed assemblies to detect any deficiencies.

Perform all other tasks as assigned.
Key Qualifications/Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret job sheets.

Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts.

Recent work stability.
-
Must have good communication skills both verbally and written.

Able to stand 100% of the time.

Ability to work on Saturdays.
