Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
- Manage a team responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Lead the month-end financial close process
- Provide support for treasury, taxes, insurance, financial audits, and various compliance filings
- Develop and implement best practices to improve accounts receivable metrics
- Review and evaluate financial results involved with new acquisitions
- Oversee revenue recognition processes
- Prepare and review financial statements, including for international entities
- Analyze and validate company and stock transactions
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA Certification (Active or Inactive)
- 5+ years of experience in an accounting
- 3+ years of management experience leading an accounting team
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP software (preferred)
Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000
