What you will be doing as the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Process lien waivers
- AP invoice entry
- Work closely with Project Accountants regarding invoices
- Assist with project accounting including draws
- Issue checks
- Support project accountants
What experience the Accounts Payable Specialist needs to have:
- 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience
- Organized, motivated, and open communicator
Salary: $40,000 to $53,000
