About the Company and Accounts Payable Specialist Position:

Stable trucking company that has been in business since the 1980's
Grew from $6 million to 60 million in under 10 years

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

Process invoices (50 - 80 invoices per week)
Perform 3-way match
Reconciliations
Post journal entries

Requirements of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
QuickBooks experience
Experience using online portals to pay vendors
