Key Responsibilities of the Senior Billing Specialist:
- Accounts Payable: Manage AP for a portfolio of customers, ensuring high accuracy and timely approval of payments.
- Reconciliations & Journal Entries: Perform detailed reconciliations and book accurate journal entries to maintain financial integrity.
- Accounts Receivable & Collections: Assist with AR and collections via email, leveraging a new system to ensure timely payments.
- Customer Service: Handle customer interactions, including communication with state boards, all managed via email.
- Billing: Maintain ownership of billing accounts with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Weekly Remittances: Ensure prompt and precise weekly remittances to maintain smooth financial operations.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in accounting is required.
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
Senior Billing Specialist Job Details:
- Location: Littleton, CO (onsite)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Eligibility: Local Senior Billing Specialist candidates only; Senior Billing Specialist applicants must pass a criminal background check.
