As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human capital strategy. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including but not limited to:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and questions.
- Investigate and resolve workplace issues.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Benefits Administration:
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Performance Management:
- Assist with performance reviews and goal-setting processes.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- HRIS and Data Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records and data in HRIS systems.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data.
What We're Looking For
The ideal Human Resources Generalist will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
