Our RN staff spends *one on one direct time with patients and families in their home setting during their weekly visits *to provide compassionate end of life care and support. The RN is a part of an interdisciplinary team to provide the best care and outcomes for the patients served in our local communities.
Candidates must have strong clinical and patient/family relationship skills and be willing to travel to provide case management and care to patients in our Ironwood/Ashland service area.
