Recruitment and Retention Bonus for clinicians newly hired with the State of CA and providing in-person care has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% year over year, maxing at a 7% bonus by year 7.
Work Locations: Wide Variety of Geographic Settings including the Northern California Coast, San Francisco Bay Area, California Capitol, and Southern California. Including but not limited to the following Institutions:
Avenal State Prison (ASP) Avenal
California Men's Colony (CMC) San Luis Obispo
Correctional Training Facility (CTF) Soledad

Minimum Qualifications:
Valid license as a Psychologist issued by the California Board of Psychology
Doctorate Degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
