We are currently seeking a talented and experience Team Leader to join one of teams. As a member of our firm, you will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team consisting of a Pre-Litigation Paralegal, Litigation Paralegal and Litigation Secretary, to effectively handle personal injury cases from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Oversee a dedicated team to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including court appearances, motions, case evaluations, facilitations, arbitrations and trials.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties on important case matters.
Review and supervise paralegal and secretarial work to maintain high-quality standards.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to personal injury cases.
Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients throughout the legal process.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in Michigan
Strong litigation and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively and in a team oriented environment.
