Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Care Provider - HHA/ CNA Specialized in Dementia and Alzheimer's Care

Location: Hudson Area

Position: Full-Time, On-Site

As a Home Care Provider specializing in dementia and Alzheimer's care, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for clients in the Hudson area. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with their daily activities, providing personal care, and offering companionship. Additionally, you will focus on creating a safe and supportive environment tailored to the unique needs of individuals with cognitive impairments.

Qualifications

Caregiving, Home Care, and Elder Care skills
Experience in providing personal care
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to establish a trusting and compassionate relationship with clients
Excellent communication and listening skills
Empathy and patience
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Additional certifications and training in caregiving are beneficial

Base salary starts at $15+ and goes up based on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour. Holiday pay is time and a half.

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
