About the Role: Technical Supply Chain Administrator will handle the administration of proposals and quotations, order intake and purchase orders. Be responsible for:

Quote and order handling;
Expediting and invoicing;
Provide advice and solutions to customers, in close co-operation with internal departments;
Analyse and assess sales inquiries, requests for questions and orders, both technically and commercially;
Manage documentation scope;
Initiate logistics and define requirements;
Preparing purchase requests and make sure hand over orders to supply chain;
Assist with purchase and logistics requirements;
Monitoring the timely delivery of purchased goods and customer orders, report non-conformances to Account Management;
Providing ideas, suggestions and interpretation for improvement for customer relation management.

Responsibilities: Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or technical. Technical field preferred;
1-2 years of experience in sales or supply chain;
Excellent written and verbal communication;
Self-critical with proposed solutions (see risks, pros and cons);
Strong analytic thinking and accurate;
Strong organization, time management, conflict resolution, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills;
Strong computer skills with MS Office;
Preferred forklift operating experience;
