Position: Guitar & Voice Private Music Instructor

Job Description:

Are you passionate about inspiring others? We're looking for an enthusiastic guitar and voice instructor to join our team. If you love music and enjoy helping students discover their potential and help them grow in confidence, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Teach individual guitar and/or voice lessons to students (preferably all ages and skill levels)

- Create personalized lesson plans that cater to individual goals

- Encourage confidence and creativity in a fun and supportive environment

- Prepare students for recitals, auditions, and performances (we offer four recitals per year)

- Communicate progress with students and parents in a friendly and uplifting manner

Qualifications:

- A degree in Music or a related field is preferred but not required

- Previous teaching experience is a big plus

- Strong vocal and guitar skills with a diverse repertoire

- Ability to connect with students of all ages and backgrounds

- Maintain a consistent positive, patient, and motivational attitude
