Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Part-Time Project Management Intern to support our team. This entry-level position involves assisting with data clean-up, supporting project coordination efforts, and investigating solutions to improve workflow efficiency. This role is ideal for students looking to gain practical experience while balancing their academic commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Clean-Up:

○ Assist with cleaning and organizing data to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.

○ Perform data entry and updates as required.

Project Coordination Support:

○ Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and managing project documentation.

○ Help prepare status reports and other project-related documents.

○ Assist with coordinating project tasks and activities.

Workflow Efficiency Improvement:

○ Support the implementation of solutions defined by the project manager to enhance workflow processes.

Qualifications:

● Proficiency in Airtable, Excel, or Monday.com a plus.

● Basic knowledge of project management concepts is an advantage.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
