Responsibilities include:

Handling and assisting with document processes and distribution along with other administrative projects and responsibilities across multiple departments
Returning phone calls and emails on behalf of the company or a company executive
Managing calendars, agendas, researching travel options, presenting itineraries, and booking itineraries as needed
Arranging and attending meetings as required
Helping company employees with internal and external research projects
Performing general administrative tasks and basic data entry as required
Assist with company events as necessary
Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Good problem-solving skills
Experience writing and delivering communications to other departments
Ability to work with little supervision and the ability to take initiative
Strong attention to detail
