What You'll Do:

Legal Strategist Extraordinaire: Develop and implement effective legal strategies to address landlord issues, from lease agreements to eviction proceedings.
Courtroom Hero: Represent clients in various legal proceedings, ensuring their interests are vigorously defended.
Negotiation Pro: Handle negotiations with residents and other parties to reach amicable and favorable resolutions.
Document Dynamo: Draft, review, and refine lease agreements, notices, and other legal documents with precision.
Client Advocate: Offer expert advice and guidance to landlords, helping them understand their rights and obligations.

Juris Doctorate
License to Practice: Must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
