2 Attorney Positions Available:

Experienced Leader: Seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience who aspires to become the future Managing Partner. This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow within our established firm. Ideal candidates are ambitious and eager to participate in growth mindset training for professional development and team leadership skills.
Junior Attorney: We seek an experienced litigator with strong people skills and insurance docket expertise. This role offers a significant career advancement opportunity for those ready to take on a greater role in both pre-suit and litigation cases.

Experience Required:

5+ years of Plaintiff personal injury experience.
Proven trial experience with successful outcomes.
Leadership mindset for leadership opportunities.
Thorough understanding of how to manage clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel in an effective, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Independently manage a docket of personal injury cases, including auto/trucking, malpractice and premises liability.
Conduct civil discovery, depositions, develop case strategy, and prepare for trials and mediations.

Requirements:

Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
A passion for being a Plaintiff personal injury trial lawyer.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of office technology, experience with Filevine and Lead Docket.
Positive attitude, integrity, and dependability.
