The Essence of Your Role:

The Legal Assistant will oversee administrative tasks within the firm, providing extensive support for the Firm's immigration practice. While legal knowledge is not mandatory, it will be taught as part of the role.

Qualities We Seek:

Excellent organizational, personal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented with excellent spelling and diction.
Reliability, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive topics.

Role Contributions

Prepare and file legal forms with USCIS.
Assist the legal team with administrative tasks.
Regularly update physical and digital files.
Prepare, file, and track FBI and Freedom of Information Act requests.
Communicate with clients for timely processing of applications.

Note: Supplementary duties relevant to the position may arise.
