Must possess excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills (verbal and written
Extremely pleasant "hospitality" demeanor.
Ability to think creatively to solve concerns of vacation rental property owners and rental guests with good common sense, reasoning and judgment.
Ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner and be able to adjust to last minute changes.
Ability to learn new technology and implement as needed
Four-year degree from accredited college or university (Preferred)
At least three years of prior operational management experience (Preferably Hospitality)
