Responsibilities:

Respond to messages
Conduct onboarding calls
Data entry
Keep CRM updated and organized
Assist with administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant administrative role
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

Full-time (Monday-Friday 9-5 pm CST)

Location:

First month in office daily, Hybrid following
