We are looking for a skilled Field Application Scientist (FAS) with expertise in life science, especially proteins and antibodies, based in Boston. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert, supporting customers with any pre and post-sales application needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site and remote technical support for customers, assisting with the application and troubleshooting of protein and antibody products.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and seminars to showcase the capabilities of our solutions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Assist in the development of technical documentation, protocols, and resources for customers.
Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and competitor products to provide cutting-edge support.

Qualifications:

PhD or MSc in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in protein and antibody research or application, preferably in a commercial setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly.
Experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet customer needs.
