Job Title: Flight Operations Coordinator

Location: KAPA Englewood, CO 80112

Terms: Full-time, On-site

Salary: $60,000/year - $80,000/year

General Summary

Precision Aircraft Management is actively seeking an experienced Flight Operations Coordinator. The individual must be team oriented, self-motivated, and perform at the highest levels of service. This position works concurrently with a team of Flight Operation Coordinators and Flight Operations Supervisor to accomplish the following:

· Interface directly and professionally with aircraft owners, associates, aircraft operators, charter brokers, and charter clients.

· Provide and maintain top tier service to all clients.

· Schedule client trip requests on designated aircraft via our fleet management software

· Provide detailed trip itinerary to aircraft owner/client.

· Effectively communicate all aircraft schedule information to aircraft owner/client, associates, and flight crew.

· Problem-solve and provide solutions to aircraft owner/client to effectively meet their travel needs.

· Ensure operational safety and adhere to regulations and policies.

· Arrange passenger services as requested (catering, ground transportation, etc.)

· Arrange ground handling, fuel releases, after-hours, inquire applicable fees, landing and over-flight permits, and customs clearance as needed for domestic and international flights.

· Provide required crew, passenger, operational documentation, inbound/outbound EAPIS and GENDEC by communicating with international operators and customs.

· Proactively check airport and air space NOTAMS and weather.

· Complete shift and operation checklists and utilize Monday as a guide.

· Coordinate aircraft movement with crew by flight following and acknowledging departure/arrival notifications.

· Assist flight crew in inflight operational changes.

· Work with Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, and Director of Maintenance to ensure all aircraft, crew, and operators fall within legal Federal Aviation Regulations, and comply with Precision Flight Operation Manuals.

Requirements

· 3 or more years of operational experience in a business aviation scheduling environment.

· FAA Dispatch License preferred, but not required.

· Knowledge of FAA Regulations.

· Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Outstanding customer service skills and ability to maintain relationships with internal and external clients.

· Exceptional organization, prioritization, and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment

· Quick to learn JetInsight, our fleet management software, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Monday, and Slack.

· Ability to be a team player and work in a team-oriented environment with other Flight Coordinators.
