Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts

- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings

- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients

- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

- Assist with case management and preparation for trial

- Attend meetings with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case

Skills:

- Strong research skills, with the ability to effectively use legal research databases such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw

- Proficient in legal drafting, including writing clear and concise legal documents

- Ability to litigate cases in court and present arguments effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' interests

- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
