We are seeking a professional and skilled PRE-LITIGATION ATTORNEY to join our growing team. You will work with cutting-edge technology to deliver superior customer service. Your Responsibilities Will Include –

Manage a docket of pre-litigation personal injury cases
Investigation of coverage, develop theories of liability and damage models
Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers

to resolve cases efficiently for the highest possible settlement

Negotiation and settlement of personal injury claims
Analyze medical records and bills for utilization in case development
Supervise legal support staff and provide detailed direction on cases
Perform cost and benefit analysis of settlement versus litigation
Keep clients updated as to the status of their case

Your Qualifications & Skills –

Licensed Texas Attorney
Aggressive, competitive negotiator ready to be an advocate for your clients
Ability to support and interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers and paralegals in a professional manner
Familiarity with Texas insurance laws
Strong legal research and writing skills
Knowledge and understanding of pre-litigation process
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required
