Client Services Executive – Personal Lines, Employee Benefits Insurance

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Our growing and industry leading Insurance Brokerage client is searching for an experienced Client Services Executive with Employer Benefits Insurance experience to partner with small size clients (2-150 Employees) to manage their Benefits Insurance Coverage and identify solutions and programs that keep theirs competitive. This position is working Hybrid Onsite / Remote in Cincinnati, OH.

The Client Services Executive will partner with an existing Client Services team and support assigned clients in selecting the carrier that best meets their financial and service needs. You’ll help in the day to day activities of supporting clients with reviewing costs, policies, and contracts to assist in coverage needs or change requests, and partner with team to negotiate with carriers to develop cost-effective options for your clients. In this role, you’ll partner with an extremely experienced team to deliver impactful results for medium to high complexity clients.

Requirements for the Client Services Executive – Personal Lines, Insurance Benefits

5+ Years of experience in the Personal Lines Insurance (Employee Benefits) space, partnering with clients on health insurance programs and cost-effective coverage options that align with their objectives and change requests.
Strong customer service focus with the ability to advise clients on proper health plan coverage, so Insurance License is required
Must have a background supporting employee benefits policies and coverage options for Personal Lines
Strong customer advisor capability to analyze strengths and weaknesses of existing insurance programs and answer complex questions related to coverage.
