GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Exempt, full-time, 40 hours per week and reports to the Nurse Director. The Practice Manager is a member of the client services team and is able execute support efforts for Life Forward’s medical practice.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for all administrative aspects of a medical facility including supplies, special projects, and clinic procedures
Responsible for auditing clinic operations, establishing a budget, organizing clinical records, scheduling, and ensuring regulatory compliance
Leads research, planning and launch of new or additional Life Forward services
Supports the engagement in community awareness of Life Forward’s no-charge services to women, including with other ministries and agencies
Contributes to efforts to maintain clean and ordered workspace
Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with clients, employees, volunteers and supporters
Assist with special event planning, ministry initiatives and programs as needed and requested by supervisor
Participate in routine staff meetings and prayer
Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, in particular in-person, via phone, and email
Must be available and willing to work occasional early mornings, evenings and weekend days
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
Ability to work effectively with diverse people groups
Ability to manage programs and/or project management
Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 and Apple Products including MAC and IPAD
High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
Ability to travel occasionally to other center or ministry partner locations
Demonstrated authentic Christian faith and comfortable with small group prayer and Bible study
