** Must have previous Property Management Accounting experience to be considered **

Primary Responsibilities include:

Preparing accurate and timely financial statements
Preparing for annual audits
Reconciling the general ledger
Supporting Property Managers for multiple entities

Qualifications include:

2 or 4-year Accounting degree
3-5 years of experience in Accounting or related field
Understanding of Accounting processes
Excellent written and verbal communication
Customer service skills
Computer experience including Yardi preferred
