Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of up to 20-25 high-value cases, taking each case from inception to arbitration
Representing clients in arbitration/court, attending client meetings, and handling all aspects of case management with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
Contributing to the firm’s growth by bringing in new clients and enhancing our presence in the community

Requirements

JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school and admitted to practice in Washington state
2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation, with the ability to manage cases independently
Must know the local court rules and state court rules
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented and client-focused approach
A team player who values a supportive, collegial work environment and is eager to contribute to the firm’s culture of excellence and service
Empathy for clients and a passion for helping those who have suffered catastrophic injuries

Preferred Experience

Admission to practice in additional states is a plus
Familiarity with case management software, especially Case Advocate
Multilingual abilities are highly valued
