Qualifications for our Residential HVAC Service Technicians:

Preferably two years residential experience, must have a good driving record and be able to pass a back-ground check and drug test.

Some of the skills we’re looking for in a Residential HVAC Service Technician:

Diagnosis, maintenance and repair of residential forced air heating & cooling, hot water & steam heating systems
Diagnosis, repair, and installation or residential Indoor Air Quality Products
Replacement of HVAC home controls
Water heater replacement and diagnosis
HVAC expertise on cross-division projects
HVAC safety consultant
Regularly practice jobsite safety
Address and perform work adhering to local and national codes
Customer liaison and consultant on new products and project planning
Training of new employees on policy and procedures
Continued training and education
Training of new employees on policy and procedures
Ability to read schematics and manufacturer specs

Compensation details: 90000-110000 Yearly Salary
