Your Role:

As the Environmental Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our compliance with environmental regulations and driving continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing comprehensive environmental management systems
Providing technical expertise and guidance on environmental regulations
Conducting environmental audits and inspections
Managing air, water, waste, and landfill compliance programs
Developing and implementing training programs
Coordinating emissions testing and sampling
Collaborating with site leaders on incident investigations and corrective actions
Contributing to environmental cost projections and budgets
Communicating with regulatory agencies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in environmental management
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven project management and problem-solving abilities
Professional certifications (e.g., CHMM, REM) are a plus
