Job Title: Remote Paralegal

Location: Remote (Temecula, CA Law Firm)

About Us:

Our law firm in Temecula, CA, offers comprehensive legal services in family law, civil litigation, business law, entertainment and sports law, and estate planning. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced paralegal to join our team and work closely with one of our partners, primarily focusing on family law and civil litigation.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in the management of family law and civil litigation cases.
Support in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witness schedules, and preparing trial binders.
Conduct discovery tasks, such as drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas.
Prepare judgments, pleadings, motions, and other court-related documents accurately and efficiently.
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases to schedule interviews, depositions, and meetings.
Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with legal procedures and court requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of all client information and case details.

Qualifications:

Certified Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience in family law and civil litigation.
Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
