📍 Job Location: Texas and/or Indiana.

💼 Role Description:

As an Origination Project Developer your primary responsibility will be identification and evaluation of potential commercial projects in the field of data center. You will be supported by our experts in negotiating purchase and lease agreements, as well as in the process of applying for grid connections and building permits for the development of the projects.

📝 Responsibilities:

Analyse restrictions and conditions of the land.
Search for owners of selected land and work on the negotiations.
Review energy resources and layouts of the proposed project.
Help manage the different phases of project development.
Comply with the quality, health and safety and environmental management system: legal compliance, monitoring of the applicable procedures, etc.

🔑 Requirements:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, Environmental Science or similar.
Advanced use of the Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Sales experience and/or Renewable Energy Project Development experience preferred.
Availability to travel within the state.
Drivers license.
