Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Greater Boston area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the waste management or environmental services industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the waste management industry, including regulations, market trends, and best practices.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within the Greater Boston area as needed.
