We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting our attorneys with case management, document preparation, and trial support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including case management, legal research, and document preparation.
Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents.
Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
Conduct legal research and summarize case law, statutes, and legal documents.
Prepare and organize exhibits, documents, and evidence for trials and hearings.
Coordinate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
Assist with trial preparation, including drafting trial binders and scheduling witness interviews.
File legal documents with courts and manage court deadlines and calendaring.
Summarize depositions, interrogatories, and other discovery materials.
Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and data entry related to litigation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification from an accredited program.
3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting.
Strong knowledge of the litigation process and court procedures in New Jersey.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in legal research and legal software (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis, etc.).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
