Client Services Associate

The successful candidate will assist the Senior Vice President with Administrative and Client Services functions. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the investment management or investment brokerage industry.

Essential skills include:

• Outstanding customer service experience with a minimum of 3+ years in the investment management/brokerage industry.

• Experience with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, TD or similar Custodian is necessary.

• Experience in establishing and completing new investment account paperwork and transferring assets.

• Assist in scheduling client meetings and preparing reports and agenda.

Work Location

· Palm Desert, CA - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
