Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Assist with skill acquisition programs, including communication, social skills, and daily living skills
Maintain a safe, FUN, and supportive environment for clients

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to follow directions and implement behavior intervention plans
Patience and compassion when working with children
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to accurately collect data

Please note that previous experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with ASD is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
